- No minimum
Additional
- $2.99 per successful eligible ACH transaction, subject to supported CSG Forte payment flows and disclosed terms.
- Contractors pay 5% of eligible, successfully paid work, up to $5,000 in total per project (cap not yet active). Property owners pay no marketplace fee.
- Metered AI is billed at the eligible provider cost attributable to your use × 1.50, with a spending cap you choose.
Not yet charged: none of the amounts on this page are being collected yet — neither the $1 unit subscription nor the separate ACH, contractor and AI charges. CSG Forte is the selected processor, but collection through it is not connected. This notice covers only these listed charges, not other payment activity in your account.
Built around how property businesses actually run
Not a suite of disconnected modules. One record for each property, unit, lease and resident — read by every part of the platform.
Properties and spaces
Every asset class modeled in one portfolio, with occupancy at every level.
Clients and tenants
Owner, manager and resident views that show each role only what belongs to them.
Leases and renewals
Lease terms, renewals and authorizations tracked against the unit they govern.
Rent and payments
Rent collection with a payer model you choose per lease.
Maintenance
Requests, assignments and work history connected to the property record.
Communications
Messages and notices kept alongside the lease and the resident they concern.
Contractor marketplace
Post scoped work, invite providers, collect sealed bids and award by hand.
Reporting
Portfolio, property and unit rollups computed from the same source of truth.
Isolation by design
Every read is scoped server-side to the workspace you are signed in to.
Source the work without leaving the work order.
Publish a scoped opportunity, invite the providers you trust, and collect sealed bids that stay private until the bidding window closes.
Awards are always made by a person. Nothing is auto-selected, and no payment moves through the platform.
- 01Create the opportunity from a property and category.
- 02Invite providers, or open it to your network.
- 03Bids stay sealed until the deadline you set.
- 04Review the bids and award one, by hand.
- 05The award hands off into a work order.

We did not start with generic software and try to force it into the real estate industry. We started with the real problems professionals face every day, and built the platform around solving them.
