Additional, usage-based

ACH payments
$2.99 per successful eligible ACH transaction, subject to supported CSG Forte payment flows and disclosed terms.
Contractor marketplace
Contractors pay 5% of eligible, successfully paid work, up to $5,000 in total per project (cap not yet active). Property owners pay no marketplace fee.
Metered AI
Metered AI is billed at the eligible provider cost attributable to your use × 1.50, with a spending cap you choose.

Not yet charged: none of the amounts on this page are being collected yet — neither the $1 unit subscription nor the separate ACH, contractor and AI charges. CSG Forte is the selected processor, but collection through it is not connected. This notice covers only these listed charges, not other payment activity in your account.

Example: 40 active rentable units is $40 a month; 200 is $200 a month.

What PropertyManagementOS is, and is not

PropertyManagementOS is the software where the job is posted, bids are compared and the award is recorded. It is not the contractor, the employer, your property manager or a maintenance company. You remain responsible for checking a contractor's qualifications, insurance and licences.
